Condo vacation rentals in Lapu-Lapu City

It was a great experience with this place we had. being with a pax of 10 or with my family, you always make sure that everyone is comfy and safe. Good choice of our stay for a couple of days. and feel at home is the important. thank you roxanne for responding my text right away and for being a good host. This place is highly recommended.

숙소는 더할나위없이 깨끗합니다. 식기류도 깨끗했습니다. 향도 좋고요. 에어컨도 깨끗하고 생활하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 위치도 나쁘지않습니다. 특히 호스트는 응대가 빠르고 친절합니다. 이렇게 친절한호스트는 처음입니다. 체크인할때도 직원이 와서 도와주셨습니다. 제가 도움이 좀 필요했는데 적극적으로 도와주셨습니다. 다음여행에도 이 숙소를 예약하고싶습니다. 3월 4일 이후에는 수영장도 이용가능하다고하니 수영장 공사는 체크하세요~^^ what a perfect place ever! no complains. very clean and beautiful! the host is super kind and very helpful. everything was perfect. oh there is swimming pool construction until 4th March. this is onething I didn't like.

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het appartement was schoon, stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Redan was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de communicatie verliep soepel. De locatie was perfect – rustig, maar toch dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt en korte rit naar het vliegveld. Zeker een aanrader, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Juvie’s property was truly worth what you’ve paid for. The listing is what was advertised and in platform, amenities listed are present at the property. The Host was very accommodating and even gave us courtesy with our requests. Highly recommended property and Host!

Fantastic Host , great communication and immediate response and support. The 1 bedroom condo was in a fantastic location , well appointed and close to everything that Mactan Newtown has to offer. Thanks Kristine and Rina for making my 1 st visit to Cebu a memorable one.

Paid for 2 nights (my flight was delayed by a day) informed them and they understood and didn’t give me any hassle whatsoever when i did make it check in was smooth just like they said in the welcome message it felt like home away from home the bed was comfortable only thing it looks like a king but its a double but its still a big place i was not there to long but everything was nice and cozy downstairs u have kids playing in the playground but in the room its nice and quiet u dont hear anything and its peaceful i would definitely come back and visit next time im in town thank u for having me

Er is beveiliging beneden het gebouw en voor de poort, maakt het sowieso al een stuk fijner. Verder is het zwembad geweldig en gym faciliteiten super. De kamer zelf van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs water wat je kan pakken. Top dus!

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

Très bon logement dans le nouveau quartier de Mactan Newtown à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport de Cebu. Grande piscine pour les hôtes.

A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

I highly recommend this place , everything is clean when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and bed. And the spot of this unit is very nice because you will see the beach and so far this is the best Airbnb that we try and when it comes to the host , the host is responsive about our concerns . I would love to stay here again .

The place was great as it was close to bars and restaurants. It was also clean and has items and appliances that can be used for a long term stay.

안녕하세요 저는 이 숙소에서 한달정도 머물렀습니다. 한국인들 이 세경아파트에 많이사는걸로 아는데 여기는 에어컨도 세탁기도 다 엘쥐이고 온수도 팡팡 나오고 심지어 베란다에 의자도있어서 개꿀로 지내기 좋앟음 그리고 청소해두시는 분도 제가 따로ㅠ요청했는데 넘넘 친절하셨습니다. 호스트 분도 완전 친절하게 잘알려주시고 전기나 물도 빵빵하게 잘나와융 전 여기 추천하는데 아이있는 분들은 거의 주방용품 컵부터 숟가락 다있고 진짜 편하고 수영장도 바로앞이여서 좋았어용 짱츄천 담에 또갈예정입니다~~~!! 왜 전 숙소 사람이 몇달살았는지 이해했음 심지어 리클라이너 짱편함 사고싶음...
