The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. 8 Newton hotel is a great place to stay! It was a cozy room for four. Clean bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony, and nice bedroom. There was just a bit of noise from the Pasigarbo festival parade but not that distracting. Overall, the place is pleasantly nice and clean, the concierge is accommodating, instructions are timely, and the host is helpful and responsive. Thank you!

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.
