Unique loqhouse with lakeview near city center

This modern, unique log house was completed in 2020 as a home for a family of five. The living room's high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows make the living room very bright. The northern lights have also been admired from the sofa in the living room. Natural materials guarantee that it is good to breathe and be in the house. The location is optimal, just over 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the airport/ Santa's village. Getting there by public transport is also possible.

Holiday Home

The holiday home is located in Kaulinranta, a small village in the municipality of Ylitornio, near the Tornio River. The river offers excellent fishing and canoeing opportunities. The property is also just a 15-minute drive from Aavasaksa, Ylitornio’s best-known attraction and one of Finland’s national landscapes. Enjoy stunning views from the top, visit the historic Emperor’s Cabin, the observation tower, and the UNESCO-listed Struve Geodetic Arc survey point.
