Private yard and electric car charging €15 for the duration of your stay The street lights don't bother. Downstairs is a cozy kitchen-living room, sauna, and bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The upstairs bedrooms have separate beds that can be placed next to each other if necessary.

On the shore of the lake there is a large hut and a separate beach sauna with a wood-fired stove. The place is suitable for luxurious taste and peaceful holidays. Ruka is about 20 minutes by car and Kuusamo city center is about 20 minutes away.

Kaltio is a spacious cottage next to the Kaldoaivi wilderness area. From the large windows in the living room you can watch nature, and in the dark of winter even the dance of the northern lights. You don't have to leave our cottages to see the northern lights! The cottage has three bedrooms and two toilets. Spacious sauna and shower. The water is drinkable. You can park your car directly in the yard of the cottage. The additional jacuzzi is 100€ / 3 days summer, 130€ / 3 days winter.
