My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Our apartment in the basement was expanded in 2019 and is suitable for 2-3 people with 60 square meters. 200 m to the lake. Own entrance, despite basement thanks to many windows quite bright. Very quiet location in the countryside at the nature reserve; waking up to birdsong in spring. Otherwise, only our two toddlers could be heard every now and then. Messe Friedrichshafen and airport are 10-15 minutes away by car. Discounted price due to unrenovated yard area.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.
