Private parking and covered bicycle parking spaces are right by the house. In the courtyard behind the house there is a seating area at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a microwave, a dishwasher and much more. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Loy Guest Apartment

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.
