The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge with freezer compartment. Stove with oven. A coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster are provided. Private parking and covered bicycle parking spaces are right by the house. In the courtyard behind the house there is a seating area at your disposal.

Retro apartment plus construction trailer right on the lake

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Loy Guest Apartment

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.

Es verfügt über ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, Doppelbett (160 x 200) winzige Kochgelegenheit mit kleinem Kühlschrank, kleine Galerie und eine eigene Terrasse.

Das Haus ist ca. 500 Meter von der Messe Friedrichshafen und ca. 3 km von der Stadtmitte Friedrichshafen entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in nur 100 Meter Entfernung.
