The modernly furnished 46 m² bright basement apartment can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The living room, dining room and kitchen are one large space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge with freezer compartment. Stove with oven. A coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster are provided. Private parking and covered bicycle parking spaces are right by the house. In the courtyard behind the house there is a seating area at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a microwave, a dishwasher and much more. Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.
