The modernly furnished 46 m² bright basement apartment can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The living room, dining room and kitchen are one large space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge with freezer compartment. Stove with oven. A coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster are provided. Private parking and covered bicycle parking spaces are right by the house. In the courtyard behind the house there is a seating area at your disposal.

Our cozy top-floor apartment in a modern style offers a cozy, quiet retreat with a covered balcony and mountain views on 45 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a microwave, a dishwasher and much more. We are happy to provide a crib and highchair on request, as we have 2 small children ourselves. Information about the TOURIST TAX in the "further information" section. Casa Limone - Indiano, dream on the island of Lindau

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Loy Guest Apartment

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.
