The modern furnished 46 m² bright basement apartment can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). Living room, dining room and kitchen are a large room. Private parking and covered bicycle parking spaces are right by the house. In the yard behind the house there is a sitting area at your disposal.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.
