A shopping mall, as well as restaurants and shops serving daily needs, are within walking distance. Some hiking trails start right behind the house. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package (oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more). We are also happy to fulfill individual requests.

Our apartment is comfortably furnished (90 m²) and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bunk bed, kitchen with living room, bathroom and toilet and a terrace with a large garden area. We offer a bread service. Excursions in the area include the Arber, the Geißkopf, the Silberberg in Bodenmais or St. Englmar, which you can reach by car in a short time. The apartment is an ideal starting point for outdoor activities. In summer, you can go hiking or cycling. In winter, you will also find a groomed cross-country ski trail right behind the house. And you can relax in the sauna all year round.
