In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Here you have an accommodation close to shopping malls, the coney side , the ocean and Swedens third largest city Malmö and with just in a 30 minutes drive you will find your self in Copenhagen. Here you live peacefully in a nice apartment with everything you need, patio/balcony and barbecue area down in the green grass. There is access to a laundry room (extra cost) There is also access to an electric car charger 11kwh (extra cost)

Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.
