The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängar finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.
