The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Also directly is the island bathroom and various train and bus connections are in walking distance. From Landsberg you can quickly reach Munich, Augsburg and Lake Ammersee.

On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
