Modern apartment in a quiet, very central location in Landsberg am Lech. Within about 3 minutes, you can walk to the city center, the train station, shopping in the supermarket or taking a walk along the Lech. Approximately 70 m² floor space divided into a living-dining area with an open kitchen and a spacious bedroom. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the comfort. The apartment is very bright due to large windows to the south and on the balcony to the west you can enjoy the sunset.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.
