Situé à Biscarrosse, au coeur de la forêt landaise, au calme sur une propriété de 15 hectares, meublé de loisir pour deux personnes. Classé deux épis par les gîtes de France, le T2 de 35 m2 se compose d'une petite chambre avec son lit en 160, salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et WC, kitchenette équipée, canapé deux places, tv, climatisation, dressing, terrasse couverte 10m2, local à vélo 8m2, machine à laver le linge, BBQ. Cette construction à l'intérieur contemporain se trouve à moins de 10 minutes des grands lacs et commerces, 15mn de la station balnéaire de Biscarrosse plage, 45 mn de celle d'Arcachon. Le gîte est non fumeur, la literie et les serviettes sont fournis ainsi qu'un plateau petit déjeuner avec une machine à café krups, dosettes "type nespresso", infusion et thé, sucre, petits gâteaux, eau en bouteille.

Eco Lodge 1 with hot tub

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Nice cottage in a quiet area close to lake

30 m2 cottage with large terrace (30 m2) in a quiet area by the forest on a plot of 740 m2, shared with another cottage. 700 m from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet and 7 km from the ocean and downtown Biscarrosse. 20 km from the Dune du Pyla (highest sand dune in Europe) and 30 km from Arcachon. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.
