Close to the port of Capbreton and its beaches, the center of Hossegor and its golf course, nice 34 m2 2-room, renovated, with enclosed garden, in a quiet residence. Kitchen is small but very well-equipped. The living room includes 2 beds in 90 x 190 and overlooks a covered terrace and a small garden. The bedroom includes a 140 x 190 bed for 2 people. The shower room includes a sink, toilet and 70 x 100 cm shower cabin. Residence secured by a barrier, private parking space, bike storage, Wi-Fi, cellar.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
