Listing is as described. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The terrace is quite large and sunny. You have to take the car to get to the beach which is about 3 km away. On the practical side, there is a supermarket nearby.

The stay in the apartment was great. My partner and I were very comfortable, with our 11-month-old baby. The terrace is wonderful for eating, having breakfast... overlooking the dune. It's close to everything, with the beach next door and the village a short walk away. Communication with the hosts was super good and they were super flexible. I'd love to come back soon. Highly recommended!!!!

Great apartment! The perfect location to do anything on foot: shopping, beaches, shops, restaurants,… Very pleasant and very efficient host when renting.

Jean-Baptiste was expecting us and showed us everything. In addition, there is a French and English explanation of the apartment and recommendations, which was very helpful. The apartment is very good for all needs: strolling, shopping, eating, public transport. One of the bedrooms gets more traffic noise. But it ends at 11 pm. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Capbreton. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even more than expected. The kitchen had every amenity to prepare all meals, and we really enjoyed the plancha. The outdoor space is very comfortable - our dog enjoyed the wild forest garden above the pool area as well. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would return!

A home matches the photos. It's brand new and extremely clean. Nothing is missing and the amenities are quality. A place to live, in a quiet location. The terrace is a real asset. Patrick's welcome was excellent and his recommendations for a mountain bike ride were very useful. I will come back without hesitation!

Peaceful place, tastefully renovated barn and very good amenities/services, very well thermally insulated. Pretty close to the sea. In the middle of the woods for running/walking, the place is quiet and wildlife visible. Owners who are proactive, attentive and clearly communicate.

Excellent week spent at the end of a dead end overlooking nature, facing the horses. Right next to the small terrace the two chickens offered their (delicious) eggs every morning. Wifi sometimes a little fair, but when you come especially to take a breath of fresh air, it's not necessarily a problem!;)

Excellent stay in Romestaing. We were able to fully enjoy all the family activities (swimming pool, darts, petanque, volleyball, board games). The place is very peaceful and allows a total disconnection from everyday life. The house is beautifully furnished, large and quality. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated it is very comfortable to live in. it is as described and communication with Emma and Rémi is very easy and fluid. in short, we recommend it and we'll definitely be back. The accommodation is in very good condition, clean, within a vacation residence, whose staff are welcoming and available. Impeccable pool and restaurant. Although it is nice, the apartment does not exactly match the photos of the listing (colors, layout) and is on the ground floor with a shaded terrace. Attention to pet owners for whom an additional fee of €60 will be requested, which is not explicitly indicated in the listing.

We had a great time at Noëlla's well-renovated and very pleasant apartment. Tastefully decorated and offers space, it is very well equipped including for young children. In addition, she welcomed us very warmly and is very responsive by message. I recommend it!
