Currently under construction: facade and exterior paintings. The plus: TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, heated pool (depending on the season), leisure activities (golf, surfing, cycling). Bed linen on request (extra €40). Terrace with pine forest view, free parking. The residence is located in the heart of the pine forest with views of the golf course and access to the beach.

La plage est toute proche, l'accès se fait par une rue parallèle, par un charmant chemin forestier ! Idéal couples, amoureux de la nature, surfeurs ou parents avec enfant en bas âge (matériel de puériculture disponible). Tout cela au son des vagues !

The center of the resort is 800 m away... You have a parking space in the residence.

Trés agréable logement idéalement situé dans un site execptionellement calme sur le lac de Lalaguibe , proche de la mer, entre Capbreton et Bayonne. Commerces à proximité. Logement exposé Sud Sud/Ouest, avec une grande terrasse en bois, sans vis à vis et indépendant de la maison principale. Idéal pour un couple, pouvant aussi accueillir un jeune enfant. Le studio est adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap. Possibilité de mettre à l'abri des vélos.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
