Beautiful lakefront home with all the amenities for a great multi-family vacation. 5 BR, 3.5 bath with great indoor/outdoor living space. Main house: 3BR, 2 Bath. Separate upstairs unit: 2 BR, 1 Bath w/ kitchen. Large space for entertaining with well-stocked indoor and outdoor kitchen. Lounge lakefront by the solar heated pool in the summer or the hot tub in winter and enjoy access to the private swim dock. Just minutes to Lakeport, this is an ideal location for vacation on the water!

Beautiful country vineyard property!

Country main house set in the middle of vineyards. Our property is on seven acres, you’re surrounded by vineyard, olive and Walnut trees. Excellent getaway from the city with friends. The star gazing is amazing. We come up regularly between renters and are completely involved with the upkeep of the house and grounds. The house is just a short drive from Kelseyville and the town of Lakeport. Just minutes from the lake and area wineries. Walking distance to The Mercantile tasting room!

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

The grounds were absolutely stunning—lush, serene, and infused with the calming scents of rosemary, lavender, and jasmine. Each morning, we woke to the peaceful sound of birdsong and the familiar, nostalgic smell of fruit orchards, instantly transporting us both back to cherished childhood memories. We enjoyed our time at Bibiana's place; we felt like home—an old-style Airbnb with all the amenities expected for a chill time. She was a wonderful host; she welcomed us with fresh eggs from her chickens. The house is located close to Clearlake. The porch has a scenic view of the lake. It was a magical time; we will come back for sure.

What a great house. Fantastic location right on the lake. The deck and the pier to the boat dock are amazing! The house is very cozy and comfortable. There are lots of different seating arrangements/places to hang out (inside and outside). The kitchen is super well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, this is a great find. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time here. We will be coming back.

Kristina’s home was a perfect place to stay during our trip to Lakeport. The location was ideal for us, close to everything we needed but still comfortable. The design and furnishings made great use of the space, and we were really impressed with how stylish everything was. It was the perfect spot to hang out and relax. We’d absolutely stay here again.

TL;DR book it, all-good. You won't find a reason to complain about while accommodating here. The house, amenities, host, correspondence top-notch. Neighborhood, very quiet. Reliable Internet service blankets the entire house. Entertainment tech is well above average, smart speakers to stream music to, and enjoy movies/videos to relax. Firepit & deck done right, A+. We visited over Thanksgiving which contributed to the quietness of the neighborhood. If you like perfect lake view, colored with ducks, geese and swans, I don't know if there is a better place to stay around Clearlake. Restaurants and activities will require some drive, so study the map first. Worth noting, it seems like a 5-star resort-experience researcher went through this place and executed a well-crafted checklist. From binoculars to night lights, switch labels to kitchen utensils, helpful notes to mood-setting lights & accessories, everything is well thought through.
