Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Great host. Communicated well with me even when my AC went out late that night. He sent someone to fix the issue within the hour. They have done a great job renovating the place and it looks amazing. Would stay there again because of the host. Great place and tucked away from the hustle of downtown. Easy to get to places by car and a lot of things to do.

Emily and Drew are such a great host, The apartment is beautiful, Nice in and out and i recommend anyone visiting memphis to check it out. One great thing about this place is that it is close to everything downtown. I will stay here again anytime

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

Marks place was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed! A beautiful place, honestly a work of art. The location was perfect, and he had an entire book of suggestions for the area! We definitely be back!

Wowzers!! What an exceptional pink and gold home! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean this home was. It is exactly how it looks in pictures and felt very comfortable and homey. The backyard was a beauty and very flat for good entertaining and games. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for a stay in Memphis! Everything I'm the home matches down to the cutlery and lamp shades! It was a super cute and comfortable stay for a couple of tom-boys :) .

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

House was great I loved the backyard, The Style , The Neighborhood was Nice & Friendly, Only Thing Would compliment the house is a full body mirror for guest .

This was my second stay at the Harbert House with my two professionally trained dogs, and it was just as exceptional as the first — the backyard is glorious and filled with beautiful flowers, plants, and herbs! Inside the home, the recent updates thoughtfully accentuate the home’s historic Victorian character. The floor length navy velvet blackout curtains were elegant and also allowed me to sleep in after a long day of travel. Quinn and Wade are phenomenal hosts, and this will definitely be my go to property whenever I visit Memphis. 5 stars—thank you again for another great stay!

Thanks to Mr. John and Pamela. They really came through with a great price so that I could celebrate Christmas with my children. They are helpful and friendly. Overall they helped me make sure I was able to make beautiful memories for my babies.

Vonda’s Farmhouse was the perfect place for a little getaway for the weekend with my wife and our 2 dogs. We enjoyed everything and would definitely stay there again. Vonda was the perfect host

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

enjoyed the stay. Bed was not as comfortable as I'd hoped. I'm not sure what kind of mattress was used. otherwise everything worked out well for my bry quick trip.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

Definitely worth the deal... location is the best. Super comfy room and easy to access. 4-5 blocks from any restaurant (slider in -the best- is 2 blocks away) walkable to literally anything except like the pyramid and the foot bridge to take u to AR. Great location!

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
