This unique place has a style all its own and an interesting history. The lake house was built in the 1930s by the famous Count von Zeppelin. Today it is a completely renovated hideaway that still invites guests from all over the world with the original facade. The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
