There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit on the terrace. Free Parking is possible directly in the house. There is a common area with table tennis, table football, ski room, bike storage place and a spacious lounge area

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. Since August 2022, we have opened our doors to guests who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this unique setting.

A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.
