A wood stove in the living room and radiant floors in the bathrooms and first floor living space help to keep you nice and warm. 2 full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and 1 has a tub and the other has an oversized tile shower. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
