Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Oroville

The place felt just like home! It was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and will def recommend this place to others. The bed was comfortable and all of the extras were great! Toiletries ands extra towels, ziploc bags, spices and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay even better! Thank you Robert!

We had so much fun! This is such a good area and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our friends wedding. A reminder that this is a ~cabin~ in nature; if you’re not into that, maybe take a pass!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

we had our kids and one Dog, she was kinds responsive and flexible when needed and anything I brought up which were all little things I needed she took care of quickly and accommodated us as needed. My kids enjoyed feeding horses and the friendly dogs on-site. We would stay agian

We were looking for an affordable place to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. This place was so close to the school and my daughter’s apartment. The place was very clean and the surrounding was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The host Mike was very nice and quick to answer our questions. Definitely an A+.

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Johnson House was very comfortable. There's a nice backyard and a handful of balls and a bocci set. The kitchen, bed, and bath were very functional. It was nice to be able to do laundry,play board games, and watch cable TV. Shevaun is an excellent host!

Great place to stay with lots of friends. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen made it the perfect spot to spend a Summer evening. Lived the home and had lots of beds for everyone too.

Eva’s home is a peaceful, beautiful retreat, with the sound of wind in the trees, birds, and a running creek. The many windows and deck magnify the natural beauty and privacy of the location. The house is well laid out, spacious and airy, with a marvelous gourmet kitchen and welcoming master suite. ADA accessibility and central heating/AC make it comfortable for everyone. Furnishings are uncluttered and relaxed. It is a delightful place to stay at home and enjoy!

The place was clean and modern. Christina was very responsive; however, there was no barbecue.

Loved this spot for an entire month! I was able to have access to the freeway in seconds, right near downtown, my dogs were comfy. I am always afraid they will get out of the backyard… this home was safe and secure for all of us and I’m so thankful I found it. Thank you Sam, for being a great host and helping out so much when I needed it most.

My family and I had a great time at Shawn’s place. The pool table was a hit and the rooms were cozy and the whole place was clutter free. We enjoyed the tv and the board games that were available. It was a short stay, but we would definitely come back :)

The place was perfect fit for our needs, it is close to the grocery, restaurant and stores also not far from Chico State. the house was exactly as described warm and cozy bonus it was perfect weather to enjoy the backyard patio. Plenty of rooms for our family. Would definitely recommend.
