I booked this place for 2 nights for my wife and family (8 guests) We had a great time , it rained the first day but there is space on the property to relax and stay dry. Helpful and friendly staff and a really nice Place to stay with guests. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at El Remanzo. The location is incredible, wonderful views, and the house is super comfortable. We were a big group with multiple children, but felt totally comfortable and safe in the area with our kids. Would absolutely come back here again!

Una casa, muy bella con un estilo modern y muy bien equipada. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en un alojamiento de Ksenia y siempre supera nuestras espectativas.Playa el Remanso, es una de las mejores playas para vacaciones en Nicaragua; la construcción de la nueva carretera Costanera, facilita en gran manera la llegada. Desde Managua un viaje d 2 hrs. La casa con 6 habitaciones muy bien equipadas, cocina y area de lavado. Nosotros estacionamos 3 vehículos grandes., sin problemas. La vista a la bahía y el acceso a ella, es genial. Una excelente experiencia, que seguro repetiré.

Carrie was extremely proactive and responsive in helpful finalizing the reservation after I made some mistakes. She and the caretakers also accommodated our late check-in, still assisting and showing the place so we could get settled quickly. The place was as described and the photos accurately represented what we received. All the rooms were clean and prepped well for our arrival. We also took advantage of some extra cooking services provided by the catchers. They accommodated our requests and we were blown away by the food and service!

Casa Milor is a beautiful home in the perfect location. Playa Marsella feels like private beach you have all to yourself! The fisherman are super friendly and have fresh fish available everyday. The fauna was the best part we had a family of mono congos (monkeys) visiting every morning to eat the olives from the olive tree, we saw turtles at night and beautiful birds. This place is a true paradise!

Big Drop Surf House is ideally located a short walk to Playa Maderas. Well equipped and comfortable, staying here you will feel part of the Maderas community. Gaby is a very responsive and resourceful host. The local restaurants/beach bars are great, close, and have delicious food.

Excellent stay. Premises and surroundings are exactly as described. Apartment is well furnished with the comforts of home and the property manager (office two minutes away) responds immediately. I've paid twice as much for a fraction of the amenities. They even provide beach towels! Exceptional value for the money and perfect for long stays. The host provides an awesome detailed info package about the apartment, town and activities. Uber safe building with a system of locking doors and gates. I was able to keep A/C costs low by opening up the windows and doors every morning to take advantage of the constant breezes. Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, including hiking trails and access to all points north, south and east. Food is inexpensive with an abundance of street food vendors. The town has something for everyone and at this time of year is busy as Easter is next week. SJDS undergoes a total transformation that is interesting to see.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is nearby many restaurants both local and chain. Malls, shopping, and other attractions are close as well. The space was well designed and very comfortable. Angela was a great host, very communicative and had great suggestions for food. No problems with parking, entry into the house, or wifi.

A really lovely, peaceful spot! Perfect for our family of four. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but we loved staying in and relaxing at the pool. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant time here! We absolutely loved our apartment. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped and spacious, and we enjoyed making meals there. We found the apartment not too warm at night, the ceiling fan and electric fan on low for us was enough to sleep comfortably. But, we are used to tropical heat! For others, you may need the AC. Carlos gave us great recommendations for the local area and made us feel very welcome. We would love to come back someday! I would add that because cities wake up early, you can hear some road noise in the mornings and if you are a sensitive sleeper I would advise bringing some earplugs to sleep in just in case. I do think this is sensible anywhere in any city though, it is nothing against this place.

J ai adoré mon séjour l endroit est formidable. Le balcon donne une très belle vue sur l océan et les coucher de soleil sont a couper le souffle. Le spot est parfait pour aller surfer et profiter pleinement de la plage et la piscine. Pour se rendre au village il est préférable de se louer une petite bicyclette, moto ou kart de golf ! Il est certain que j y retourne l année prochaine!

Maria’s place was amazing, the view of San Juan del Sur bay was absolutely beautiful! She was incredibly communicative and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well-informed. We especially appreciated her guidance on electricity use, which helped us stay within the daily budget, very helpful given how energy costs work locally. Her recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and she was always ready to help. Thank you, Maria, for being such a thoughtful and welcoming host!

Really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful spot and the apartment was exactly as described. All really clean and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where there is a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little pool just outside the apartment block which was really handy for little ones. Roberta was very helpful and quick to answer any question. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place is very cozy, comfortable and has an awesome balance of being modern, yet simplistic.

Max and Audrey were great host. I’ve stayed in this area many times at different airbnbs and this place is one of the nicest you’ll find. Extremely clean and well kept. It is also close in proximity to many restaurants, a mini market, and the beaches. Highly recommend and hope to be able to visit Max and Audrey again soon!

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy cómodo, a solo pasos de la playa, los propietarios son muy amables y responden muy rápido cualquier duda. Para tomar en cuenta en el futuro, en el complejo hay 1 sola piscina para los 3 apartamentos, los propietarios viven ahí mismo, y aunque un automóvil puede ingresar por la calle, sí es mejor llegar con carro alto. Por lo demás, la estadía estuvo muy placentera.
