The apartment was beautiful and had absolutely stunning views. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, which made the whole experience super comfortable and convenient. The space felt cozy and welcoming—just like being at home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in San Juan del Sur. Would love to come back!

Whenever I’m in Managua, I choose to use this property. It’s close to everything has the transit system at its center and extremely private as well as secure.

Excellent, the place is in a good location in Managua, the residential complex is totally private, the house is exactly as it is in the photos and everything is in good condition.

Everything was excellent!!! The house is impeccable, beautiful beaches minutes from the house, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby too, the saltwater pool was a nice touch. Very complete kitchen utensils, a multi-cooker or pressure cooker would be great, and if we needed the AC only at night, but the house in general was very cool.

We were lucky to book this place in San Juan. A real gem a short walk from town with great access to everything. The house is incredible with everything that you need to have a great time - jacuzzi, BBQ, amazing kitchen all surrounded by incredible views. if you book with Tanguy, you will not be disappointed! We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, and each room had its own private bathroom, which was a big plus. It's located in a good, safe area of Managua. Maritza was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We only stayed one night, but we would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Hacienda Iguana is a great destination for surf vacationers. World-class waves are within walking distance. Air conditioners that could make ice cubes. A great reprieve from the tropical jungle heat. Local shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Anything you need you can rent or buy. Private and quiet. Monkeys in the trees. Iguanas crossing the roads. Thunderstorms create an amazing light show at night. 18-hole golf course on location if the waves die down. Victor and his helpers are great communicators and can offer suggestions for first-time visitors. As with most developing nations, there can be unexpected power outages. Fortunately, the place has backup power that can last for hours.

The house was a bit underwhelming, but the children loved the big pool. What made the stay special is that we had a beautiful, little beach all to ourselves. I think we have found our new beach spot.

I loved my stay the place is great. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset is breathtaking. The spot is perfect for surfing and enjoying the beach and pool to the fullest. To get to the village it is best to rent a small bicycle, motorbike or golf kart! For sure, I'll be back next year!

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is ideal and the security and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only mistake and it was on my part it’s that I picked an upstairs apartment and it made it difficult with our heels but that was totally me. The pool looked just so good and I love how close everything is, 100% recommend

I love it when I can walk a mile on a beach and generally see no more than 3 dozen people the whole time. There were always surfers enjoying the great waves and the water is never calm which meant I felt better in the pool. There were several restaurants which made it nice for night dining. There's a 9 hole golf course and once you pay for 9 you can play as many holes as you want. It was always possible to go to the office with a question or text them and they were responsive.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

Max and Audrey were great host. I’ve stayed in this area many times at different airbnbs and this place is one of the nicest you’ll find. Extremely clean and well kept. It is also close in proximity to many restaurants, a mini market, and the beaches. Highly recommend and hope to be able to visit Max and Audrey again soon!
