The boathouse accommodates boats & pontoons if needed. Some fishing gear is provided. The house has floor space for several blow up mattresses if more sleeping accommodations are needed. The house is handicap accessible.

Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. The balcony and lookout tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.
