Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake City

Steven accommodated me which was nice as I was traveling from north Florida to Gainesville for my nieces graduation. I made it in time to shower and get dressed and I got lucky because the Airbnb wasn’t too far from the place I needed to get to. Would book again :).

This was a fantastic place to stay and relax while at a conference in Gainesville. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and had everything you needed. Hosts were very friendly. It is tucked away in the trees, very peaceful. Everything was great.

The perfect place for our group of 6 adults to stay on the way down to Miami. It was a great apartment with such amazing structure. The hardwood floors and wooden shutters were beautiful. The only negative was that we slept in the bedroom right by the front door and you could hear the squeaky door downstairs and all of the people coming in and out. Other than that, it was a great experience.

We loved the location and being on the horse farm! The apartment was clean, communication was great and if you’re going to a wedding at Andalusian Oaks, it’s very close by.

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for an air bnb. This place was wonderful. They have thought of everything. Fully stocked, very clean & the beds were so comfortable. We could walk to and from the historic downtown area that paired with the best restaurants. We would absolutely come back!

We’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting family. It’s the perfect place for couples or solo travelers. Highly recommend!

We felt right at home here in this charming home. Everything we needed was here plus more. Julia was very responsive & so nice to talk to. I brought my filtered water pitcher & didn't even need it. The water here is fantastic! Our dogs also loved being able to run & play in the back. The porch & pool area are very relaxing. We would definitely return.

We absolutely love this location and the all beautiful places you are able to walk to and enjoy. His place was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds and couch are very comfy, and we all slept great!

Great Place! If I could give 10☆'s, I certainly would! Very clean and tidy, had all the necessities and more! We followed several his great recommendations! Great Outdoors Restaurant was a favorite! They were also able to accommodated our team dinner. (30+) We had a variety of plates between us and everything was fantastic! We were in town for a softball tournament, Steven's place was conveniently located to all the ball parks, restaurants, etc Definitely recommend the Lemon Tree House and would stay again! Thank You for a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described—truly a peaceful retreat. One of the highlights was having access to the kayaks provided by the hosts. Paddling on the river in the early morning was absolutely magical—the water was calm, the scenery was serene, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. After a day of exploring, the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind. It was clean, well-maintained, and a delightful bonus we really appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature!

Best AirBNB stay ever! Home was beautiful! Entry and Exit was super easy! Very well stocked and super homie. Host cared more about the comfort of the guest than saving money on toilet paper and paper towels. Bathroom/kitchen stocked with everything you may have forgotten. Will definitely stay again if I'm every in Valdosta. THANK YOU!

Shawn's place was wonderful! We felt right at home and all slept so GREAT! We will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it there! Everything was exactly like the pictures showed. Overall AMAZING!!!

What a great little oasis! Loved being in the woods. Coming from a more bustling city in FL, this place makes you feel like you aren't in FL anymore. Everything about this place was great!

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.

I had an amazing stay at Missy and Scott’s place, I traveled for work and felt both at peace and right at home every evening I was there. They went above and beyond to ensure everything needed for a great stay was available, whether it be the basics such as laundry detergent or the fine details such as dimming lights in every location of the house. I would highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider Missy and Scott’s place!

we very much enjoyed our stay at Brenda's. The area is very walkable, with several restaurants to choose from, and a great coffee place. I did notice several things for kids to do, very family friendly area. Publix is very close if you need anything. We will definitely look at staying again if it is available the next time we are coming to town. We felt right at home.
