Our farm is located at 1175 m above sea level, a 15-minute walk above the South Tyrolean sun village of Lajen. Meadows and forest surround our house. You can consciously experience nature again, listen to the birdsong and breathe the clean air. Species-appropriate cattle farming distinguishes our organic farm. In the sun-drenched village of Lajen, the cradle of the Minnesänger Walther von der Vogelweide and only 500 m from our farm you will find 2 churches, 3 inns, a pizzeria, 2 grocery stores, 1 bakery, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 bank, a sports field and a multipurpose field. Public transport (bus) can also be reached 500 m away from our farm. Furthermore, 2 taxi companies are also active in the village. The form of management and the rural ambience make our accommodation unique. Combining tradition and technology is a big challenge. We strive to manage the farm sustainably, which is only organic. We have our own water source with a very good analysis which is additionally rounded off with Grander water revitalization. We generate all the electricity through a photovoltaic system and achieve a CO₂ saving of approx. 13,000 kg annually.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with ancient woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower, and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.
