The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €100.00 FINAL CLEANING will be charged and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (Children up to the age of 15 are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. COST for pets €20,- per day!

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.

Super equipped, beautiful and very clean place with large balcony and great views. About 5-10 minutes serpentine road from the village, but it is worth it and you are away from the tourist hustle and bustle in the valley. Also good starting point for bikers on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße. Several pubs on the way up, one to go well too. Special recommendation: Paulerhof - game dishes, very fine kitchen. Parking in front of the house is not suitable for "parking scared", but maybe in the case you could ask the landlords for an exchange with the more simple parking of the son ...? We had a wonderful week - thank you!

We stayed in Lissi's place for a week and felt very comfortable! We were greeted personally by Lissi and were even able to move into the room an hour earlier. The 2 pieces of homemade chocolate cream cake were really great!! Thanks for that! She explained everything to us, where to find what, etc. The newly renovated room with bathroom and kitchen had everything you needed. Refrigerator incl. freezer, microwave with grill and convection, 2 ceramic hobs, Senseo coffee machine, towel heater and also enough storage space was available. The balcony has a great view. Good restaurants and shops for everyday use were all nearby. Various ski resorts are easy to reach. Whether by bus, train or car. A TV, a radio and Yahtzee as well as Ludo were also there. The roll service was great and practical. In the morning, just before 7 AM, the fresh rolls were hanging outside the door. We definitely recommend the place!

I had a very pleasant stay in the vacation apartment Joena. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed – the hostess was incredibly nice, helpful and open. We had a great conversation, which made the start very pleasant. The apartment itself was simply bombastic – stylishly furnished, freshly renovated, spotlessly clean and with a magnificent view that made every day special. I really felt “poolwohl”! A special highlight was the bathroom – an absolute dream. Every detail has been thought of here, and you can tell that a lot of love and care has gone into the design of the accommodation. A very, very, very big compliment to the host and the accommodation! I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Thanks again for a great stay!
