We had a great time, the house and environment made our stay enjoyable. We were able to rest and visit different places. The house is well located, there are shops nearby as well as water activities within walking distance.

Big thanks for this stay! We came to discover Puy du Fou as a family. The stay was perfect. We were three generations in the same home (which is not always easy) and it was great. Wonderful stay! The house is equipped with all comforts, very quiet and relaxing stay here. Furthermore, you are very quickly on the beach or in cities nearby. There is an organic market on Saturdays. Beautiful domain where you can walk and of course a swimming pool ! We really enjoyed our week here.

Crazy charm for this little house by the river. It's in the top 3 of our Airbnb reservations. It is ideally placed between Coulon and Magné, accessible by towpaths. Niort is also close by, by car or by bike for the more active. The minimum necessary is present (salt, coffee, oil,...) and the bedding is very good. An appendix in the back allows bikes to be stored in the shelter. Super U 5 minutes away for shopping. To occupy the children: several geocaching nearby and Terra Aventura in Magné, Coulon and Niort. Excellent stay, the apartment is in a good location and very quiet. Well arranged, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. Very good hosting by Nathalie, very warm and smiling, who gave us a lot of information about the area. We'll be happy to go back.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

We stayed one night in the studio which is very well equipped and arranged. The studio is close to the embankment so ideally located. The hosts are responsive and self check-in is very easy. Recommended!

Very pleasant and well appointed accommodation. Very clean with the necessary sheets and towels. Impeccable communication with our host. The directions to the accommodation were very clear. The added bonus is the positioning of the accommodation on the edge of the camping area, so it's quite quiet and with a view of the body of water. 😀 I recommend both the accommodation and the Concierge. Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

Perfect accommodation for disconnecting. Alone or with family, in good weather or rainy weather, the atmosphere of this place is ideal for feeling good.

From the initial warm welcome which showed us the facilities and grounds we could explore we were made to feel very comfortable to relax and enjoy our holiday. The property is perfectly set up for families, the children had so much they could do to entertain themselves from swimming in the pool, basketball, ping pong and checking for eggs from the chickens! On top of this the beautiful grounds gave further walks around the lake topped off with kayaks and paddle boards there was so much to do a week was not long enough! A fantastic property and lovely hosts.

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
