The property is situated on a plot of over 3200m2 and also has its own tennis court! The house has a large swimming pool where you can relax on one of the sun beds and enjoy the Portuguese sun. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days. The villa is located only 1,2km from the beach and the centre.

We are just 5 minutes away from the historical town of Silves and 7 minutes to the next beaches. Also we have a outdoor fireplace where you can enjoy the fantastic sunset over the hills.

Apartment is located in a family-run and managed complex, there in a dead end street. We feel like we're in a hotel suite. The reception is open Mon to Fri from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is an excellent restaurant (February to end of October), swimming pool with baby pool, playground and in summer a mini supermarket. Cleaning takes place weekly. The picturesque village center of Carvoeiro is located on the Atlantic Ocean and is 15 minutes walk away.

The little cottage is lovely! When the sun rises with the coolness of the morning, breakfast is just magical! You can enjoy the birdsong and the calm. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a large sofa and a TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime...) The accommodation has a bar, which opens to the outside for nice aperitifs.
