The villa has a sea view and is surrounded by a wonderful garden. The main attraction is the swimming pool! The Villa has a large parking lot, as well as a barbecue area near the pool, and it is a house where the sun shines early in the morning. The house is close to the center in a quiet condominium, free parking in front of the house (available anytime). 50 meters to the main street, 350m & 600m to the nearest beaches. The house has a traditional architecture and was partially renovated in 2018. Has good sized areas, great natural temperature for summer/winter and a private balcony facing the garden where you can have your meals or just chill out in the hammock.

The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days. The villa is located only 1,2km from the beach and the centre.
