Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.

The cities of Lagoa, Porches and Carvoeiro are within walking distance, where you will find some places to eat or have a drink. It has Wi-Fi, cable TV and private parking. Casa Treoda is a comfortable & private villa with its own pool & lovely ocean views. It has 1 x twin & 2 x double bedrooms on the ground floor, with 2 bathrooms & separate toilet. We have 2 camp beds which can be added to the double & twin room, but these are only suitable for children under 12. The lounge & dining room offer lots of space. Outside enjoy the pool & spacious deck to kick back & relax. The pool can be heated on request. This is an additional €200 a week.
