We stayed a week to ski at Kronplatz and rented the apartment. Communication with Karin was very pleasant and the answers always came promptly. The bright and friendly apartment itself is very nice and equipped with everything necessary. We didn't miss anything. Everything was very clean. Karin was always available to us for inquiries. The ski bus runs regularly right outside the front door. We felt very comfortable and therefore also spent a great ski week in San Lorenzo. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and cozy places we stayed at during our entire trip through Italy. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a bit of trouble finding the property, but they kindly met us in person and guided us with clear instructions, which immediately set the tone for how warm and attentive they are. Every detail of the stay was thoughtfully curated, from the spotless rooms to the incredible hospitality. Each morning, they prepared a fresh homemade breakfast for us before our hikes, which made the experience even more special. It felt like staying with family in the best way possible. This stay was truly one of a kind, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille for such a memorable and heartwarming experience!

Nothing that I write here represents the real experience at the chalet! Our stay was absolutely perfect! They built the place caring about every detail! Everything there was special, every little piece was built with love, using high quality materials and fully equiped following the same pattern. The result was a magical place to relax and recharge your energy! Listing the highlights: the kindness of the hosts, the beautiful preserved mill inside the chalet, the delicious homemade breakfast they bring you every morning, the wellness area with a comfortable sauna and a lake surrounded by a beautiful nature. All perfect!!!

We went to stay at Matthias' for a ski weekend in Plan de Corones. The accommodation is very comfortable: in 10 minutes by car you can reach the facilities. The apartment is beautiful and brand new, equipped with every comfort. Beautiful terrace for those coming in the summer with a castle view, and super quiet area. Hosts are very kind and always available. Highly recommended, if we return to the area we will definitely come back here!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment sits at the top of Rio Molino in the Dolomites and offers absolutely stunning, picturesque views. It’s very high up in the mountains, with narrow winding roads to get there—so be prepared! But for us, the drive added to the adventure and made the experience even more special. The apartment itself was beautiful, cosy, and well cared for. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to our requests, which made us feel right at home. We did notice a strong smell of wood—possibly because the apartment hadn’t been used in a while—but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic mountain retreat—perfect for a honeymoon!
