Ground floor solution, about 45 square meters, inserted inside the “La Meridiana” structure which consists of a villa consisting of four apartments, with courtyard and fenced parking space. The villa, with 4 beds, consists of a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a front and back terrace, and a fenced parking space. It is about 200 meters from the sea (2/3 minute walk), very central and well served.

The bathroom is spacious with shower and bidet.

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

Beach house surrounded by greenery

200 meters from the sea, villa with ample space and all the comforts, suitable for spending a quiet vacation away from the confusion and noise of the city. The accommodation is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden for the safety of children and furry friends. To get to the house, it is mandatory to use the car.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
