The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

Pasquale und seine Mutter waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Pasquale war jederzeit zu erreichen. Das gemütliche Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Klosteranlage am Rande des Ortes Cirò. Besonders die Küche und die Terrasse sind hervorzuheben! Grazie!

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Simply perfect host, very responsive and helpful. Monica lives nearby, just to make you feel you are not alone. Apartment was exactly as described, perfectly clean. If you want to explore real Calabria living that is it. She paid attention to each and every detail guests might need. Also, location is very urban, I was alone and I feel completely safe day and night. It is close to the city center and old Cosenza, all walkable. Autostazione is about 1km, walkable distance, 99% flat of your carry your suitcases. All around perfect and clean home, along with a perfect host. Thank you Monica. Posto ameno, casa colonica molto curata e pulita, posto silenzioso e riposante. Lucia vive con la propria famiglia nella casa vicina, sempre a disposizione all' occorrenza ma rispettando totalmente la privacy degli ospiti. Informazioni, cortesia, doni alimentari nel frigorifero, pulizia, cura dei dettagli, disponibilita' e gentilezza. Grazie ancora per l' ottima e suggestiva esperienza nella caratteristica ed elegante casa colonica, fornitissima di ogni elettrodomestico e prodotto. Disponibilita' di patio e spazi esterni arredati.

Maria's home is absolutely lovely and Maria is a lovely hostess as well. She was always responsive and very friendly with lots of good recommendations to eat. Her home is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable in every respect. The main bed was very comfortable ... there are also bunk beds which we didn't use. The living room was a great place to relax in the evening. It was nice having a table and chairs on the patio to have breakfast. The internet was fast which was good since I work remotely. The home is on the top of a hill with a good road so there always seemed to be a nice breeze. It was a great place to relax - so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The towns of Rocco Imperiale Marina and the castle in Rocco Imperiale are fun places to visit as well as Policoro. Maria was also so welcoming to our two little dogs. We would highly recommend Maria's home for your visit to this area.

La masseria Ulisse e Calipso si trova in collina, ma nello stesso tempo è vicinissima al mare( 5 minuti di auto). Gode di un bel panorama sul mare, la mattina quando ti sveglierai l'unico suono che sentirai saranno gli uccellini, ci si sente completamente immersi nella natura. L'alloggio era pulito, arredato con gusto ed era fornito di tutto il necessario. La signora Anna persona gentile, educata e mai invadente, è stata molto disponibile fin da subito. Sempre attenta ai nostri bisogni ed anche a quelli della nostra cagnolina (si vede che ama gli animali)..non ha imposto alcun limite alla sua libertà di esplorazione, chiaramente sempre nel rispetto degli altri ospiti!!! Appena arrivati ci ha deliziato con un dolce buonissimo e dei prodotti tipici...La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. Se quello che ricercate è relax totale, questo è il posto giusto!!! Struttura bella e curata, mare meraviglioso, e la proprietaria è sicuramente un valore aggiunto!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Wir waren sehr happy! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge, Pinpong-Tisch und Outdoorgym ist ein mehr als toll! Die Aussicht ein Traum! Gemäss Beschreibung gingen wir davon aus, dass wir die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung hatten (4 Zimmer mit 4 Bäder) was zuerst nicht der Fall war. Als wir Giuseppe darauf angesprochen haben hat er aber direkt reagiert und uns sofort wie gewüscht 4 separate Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, es war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns wohl. Nur 5min. Fussweg entfernt ist ein feines Restaurant. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Danke Giuseppe für diese schöne Woche und deine Gastfreundschaft!

La consiglio. Casa situata in ottima posizione in un villaggio esclusivo con piscina. La casa non è molto grande però è curata, pulita e con variazioni di gusto. In parte elegante e in parte rustica. Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte però voto massimo per tutti i servizi offerti Alla prossima!

La casa è meravigliosa, spaziosa e ristrutturata; la piscina pubblica riservata, silenziosa e pulita (dalle foto non rende). Bisogna utilizzare la macchina ma nei dintorni ci sono molte calette e spiagge uniche. L’unico problema è stato il check-out che non è alle 12:00 come scritto, ma alle 10:00, cosa che ha creato molto disagio. In ogni caso, sapendo questo, la villa vale tutti i soldi spesi.

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti nel grazioso appartamento della signora Anna, una donna gentile e simpatica che ci ha accolti all'ingresso del villaggio. L'appartamento è ben curato e di recente costruzione , dotato di tutti i comfort inclusa l'aria condizionata. Torneremo sicuramente per un soggiorno più lungo.

Io e il mio partner abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, eravamo in viaggio per accompagnare nostro figlio al vicino campo estivo dell'Oasi WWF di Policoro e ci serviva una sosta. Anna, l'host, molto simpati si è messa a completa disposizione. La casetta si trova in un piccolo residence tranquillo e tenuto molto bene. Con una bellissima piscina centrale e bar annesso che fornisce anche aperitivi e colazione al mattino. Mi sono sentita talmente a mio che la mattina al risveglio ho portato a spasso tra i vialetti il mio cane in pigiama! L'host appunto ammette i cani con una tassa. Non è da poco visto che spesso faccio fatica a trovare alloggi che ammettano animali. Anche se solo per un giorno, mi sono trovata molto molto bene. Se posso proprio suggerire un perfezionamento, avendo soggiornato per una notte, sarebbe stato utile trovare un docciaschiuma. Il nostro è stato un viaggio di un giorno ed è stata l'unica volta della mia vita che non me lo sono portato :) Ci tornerei volentieri!

Súper anfitrión, re amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte , el departamento es tal cual lo muestran en las fotos, quizás le falte mejorar algunas cosas como los mosquiteros o utensilios de cocina, pero al final hemos pasado una estancia tranquila .
