Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Jessa and Blake’s guesthouse. Clean, cozy, cute space, and welcoming. Has everything you’ll need. Even though the address is on a busy road the guesthouse is very quiet. Easy parking on the side streets. Sheets and towels are good quality. The bed is VERY comfortable. Plenty of hangars for clothes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was good. If you come back at night walkways are illuminated and a motion sensor light comes on. The neighborhood is one of Austin’s originals so if you like houses with character this is the spot. Grocery stores and places to eat within a ten minute drive. Would absolutely come back and stay at the guest house!

Loved it, just the right space, very well thought out, in a nice neighborhood. Bed and pillows were comfy and it was very quiet and dark at night, great sleep!

What an absolute gem of a place! I loved the artsy decor, and the little touches that made the place extra fun. Chair swing! Gorgeous tiled shower. And the lake/boardwalk just a 10 minute walk away made it perfect. I loved my stay and would return in a second!

I stayed for 2 months and the apartment was just perfect for what I needed. It is not an apartment to go work in, it is a home to come back to rest and warm your heart after walking, biking, playing volleyball and working in the cafes around downtown. You really feel like in a lux tree house. Amy and Nick were always willing to help and answer any questions. The place is silent, a healthy family environment. For an adventurous person, it is perfect🙏🏼🙏🏼.It is spacious and is a little bigger than what I expected from looking at the pictures. I will definitely be back. Also: kitchen perfectly equipped, cozy living room, comfy bed and pillows, and the lighting is so warm too. 🫀🫀.

Great place to stay that's in the center of the city that's tucked into a quiet and cute neighborhood. Very convenient location, friendly hosts, and everything we needed for a weekend away out of town.

This place was perfect. I was visiting my daughter who lives nearby but doesn't have room for me to stay with her. This hip little spot is in a residential neighborhood which was very quiet and cute. Lots of nearby yummy places to walk to.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property because it serves my needs and is cuter and more comfortable than a hotel. Quick access to important freeways and great breakfast spots.

Eric was a great host and had so many thoughtful touches to his home. Close to UT & downtown, with plenty of available parking options in front of the guest house. Would stay again in the future!

We loved staying at Allison and Steven’s guesthouse for a week! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. The guest house was very comfortable, cute, and felt spacious. The backyard was lovely and we felt right at home. Allison and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. We’d love to come back next time we’re in ATX. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Feels spacious and has a big shower! The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The space was well designed, aesthetically and practically.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a perfect location for my first time visiting Austin - so easy to catch a ride downtown. The patio has a gorgeous view of the DT Austin skyline. David was so friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and I felt right at home.

Max’s place was awesome. Calm, safe feeling, and convenient neighborhood, easy parking, and very nice space. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a hot shower with good water pressure. Max was kind and quick to respond. 10/10.

We had a great experience with Rachel! She communicated very well and instructions were clear. The bed was super comfortable with cotton/natural fiber bedding (really makes a difference!). We also appreciated the Brita pitcher in the fridge. AC worked well! Very quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. In walking distance to restaurants. Location was just 15 minutes from the airport. My wife and I drove down to Austin from Fort Worth for a concert and Kristina's private apartment was perfect for us to rest our heads after a night of fun. It's a cute, cozy, and clean converted garage with everything you need, whether for one night like us, or for a longer stay with its full kitchen. Kristina was an excellent communicator and made self check-in a breeze, the accommodation was easy to find and I appreciated the dedicated parking spot in the driveway. We arrived late, around 11:30pm, so I can't speak to the neighborhood's vibe during the day, but it was peaceful and quiet for our bedtime. Lots of available lighting for a variety of moods, plenty of power outlets and USB ports, and even a small collection of board games. With several ceiling fans and a beefy air conditioner it was easy staying cool in the Texas heat. I highly recommend Kristina's accommodation and thank her for having us!

The price point for the location is incredible. We just leased for a one night stay to play on SoCo. It was a great location for dining and listening to music. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. The location was great—Zilker Park was within easy walking distance, and we loved being so close to one of Austin’s most iconic spots. There were plenty of excellent restaurants just a short drive away. Our host was extremely responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They also left a thoughtful list of local recommendations, including great restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. We also liked the house rule of removing shoes indoors—it helped keep the floors feeling fresh and clean throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!
