Vacation rentals with a patio in Lady Bird Lake

We had an amazing time staying at Kanieshiear’s place in the casita! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The casita was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything my husband and I needed to feel comfortable. Kanieshiear was super helpful, sharing great local tips, and both she and her husband were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, we enjoyed restful nights of sleep! The other guests and locals we met were very friendly, and we had a blast during Karaoke Night at the restaurant downstairs. One of the best moments was waking up to the stunning view of Lake Travis from our balcony. We can't wait to return and make this our favorite spot for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic, well-equipped apartment, in a brilliant location, with an amazing view out over the Colorado River towards the centre of Austin. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the wifi was fast - and having a working kitchen and a washer/drier was brilliant after long days pounding the streets of SxSW. Getting access to the property was slightly complicated, but my host was on hand to resolve swiftly - overall, a pretty spectacular space to stay in. If they'll have me, I'll be back!

Super cute home away from home! I found the unit very comfortable, the location was great, close to all my needs, and Danielle was a terrific host, very friendly and responsive. I will stay again, in fact I’ve already booked my next visit.

Tom was a great host. Loved the feeling of the private apartment feel while still being connected to the house. He was super responsive and engaged with our adventure as we look to move from Dallas to Austin. His house was located in an area of Austin we are looking at moving, and his interactions and location of his house made the trip super worthwhile. Totally recommend !!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Austin. The communication was a little slower leading up to arrival but the team were excellent as we got closer/were in Austin. Check in instructions were clear, we especially loved that we could park in the garage OR find street parking. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and the apartment very spacious with all we needed for our 4-5 day stay. Do agree with some others that the shower curtain can do with replacing but that is the smallest of details because really the rest was 10/10. Will absolutely return when we are back in Austin.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay for a few days in Austin, and would be great for longer stays as well! Because our stay was so short we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or grill but everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would 100% stay again!

Our trip was wonderful! The place was lovely and the few issues we did have were addressed quickly. We did bring a sound machine and ear plugs just to be proactive and the sound machine was a lifesaver at night to drown out loud upstairs neighbors, but that was a minor issue when the trade off was getting to walk to Barton springs every morning 3 minutes away. We loved the natural light and enjoyed the ac as well!

Absolutely loved staying here! This unit is well equipped with all the amenities and more! Location is amazing and I loved walking and exploring the neighborhood, including the cemetery grounds. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! Everything about the space was clean and well organized. John even provided K-cups! While the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, I realize that is individual preference and I was still able to rest well. Whenever I return to Austin, this will be my #1 choice for ABnB!

Christopher’s Place was the first spot I ever stayed in Austin, and it set the bar. Though it’s a studio, it feels spacious, beautiful, and has everything you need — truly unmatched at its price point. I’ve explored other options as I’ve traveled to Austin for work, but nothing compares. Christopher has even added upgrades like a workstation with a monitor, making it ideal for work-from-home stays. It’s become a favorite for me and my pups, and I’ll keep coming back as long as he’ll have us!

One of my favorite Austin AirBnB stays! Beautiful comfortable home, with an amazing backyard. We could walk to great restaurants and fun coffee shops. It was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Austin. Brian was a very responsive host, and we had absolutely everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here. Melody was a very responsive and friendly host. The home is very well equipped. The beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed all the fun games. The kitchen was set up really well, with extras like coffee, tea, and spices. We walked to some great restaurants - Flitch Coffee and Veracruz All Natural. Plus the location was an easy Uber ride to all the hot spots. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in the elegantly decorated beautiful home. Christie and Chad were amazing host, super responsive to any questions or concerns. We even had an issue with our Nespresso maker and within hours they quickly replaced it for a working machine. They went over and beyond to make our visit comfortable. The pictures are exactly as the house is, cozy and very clean. Highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!

AMAZING place!! Can’t say enough about how awesome our unit was at Natiivo! Nils was so great to work with and the place was the best we have been to! Extremely clean and so well stocked with so many extras that made our welcome and stay that much more special! It felt like home as soon as we walked in and we fell in love with the location and area shortly after! Words can’t even describe the rooftop pool and lounge area along with the beautiful sunsets every night. We ran the trail around the lake every morning….and enjoyed so much food and coffee treats during our stay. Only downfall is we didn’t have enough time to try more restaurants in the area! We will definitely be back and would stay at Nils place again for sure! Thank you for being the best host and having such a welcoming place for us!

What a beautiful place to wake up to each day! We stayed with our two young boys and they loved all of the wildlife. We had a blast taking the golf cart to the pool! We would definitely come stay again!

Leah & Dans listing was more than what I asked for. Very ducked off & clean. Everything matched the pictures & literally had everything we needed.

My wife and I picked this spot for our 26th anniversary and it was everything and more, a beautiful place. Alvin and Julie are proactive hosts and provided details on every step along the way. From driving to parking in the garage to accessing the house. We loved how peaceful the property was, even booked a couples massage on the property. One other thing to mention was the amount of deer we saw, from a few miles out to the property itself. Thanks so much for the hospitality Alvin and Julie, will see you soon in the near future.

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.

This stay was PERFECT!!!! The view of the pool in addition to the clean and cold room after a hot day was ideal. Walking distance to many great restaurants! He was extra accommodating with late check outs since he didn’t have a guest staying this next day. He went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. Everything else was so great that didn’t even matter. The location is set up as a hotel/residential so the staff was super accommodating. Was the perfect staycation will be returning!
