A stylish accommodation in a quiet, rural area located in the romantic Black Laber Valley. It is not far to the Danube Gorge in Kelheim-Weltenburg as well as to the beautiful city of Regensburg, with cathedral, small alleys, as well as culture and many events. (public transport - train/bus - as well as by car - highway - very easily accessible) Along the Jura cliffs there are beautiful hikes with a stop in beautiful beer gardens. Of course, individuals are also welcome.

The spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor. The parking spaces on the street are optimal. Bicycles can be stored in a locked area. The apartment offers 1 bedroom (15 sqm) 1, bathroom (12 sqm) and 1 living-dining-kitchen area. (25 sqm) The local recreation area is diverse.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
