house that can accommodate 6 people, baby <3 years free, outdoor dining area, fenced, electric gate, large courtyard, easy access, 300 m from bike paths and forest, 10 min from beaches, 1.5 km from the city center market, supermarket, restaurants. FOR INFO I have 2 other rentals, both for 4 people, stay between sea and forest and the other dunes and tides. They are independent, no cleaning fee. I give clean. I would like to receive back in the same condition. On the map it is 90 for the 3 accommodations

Completely renovated house, located on a very quiet street 500 m from the sea and the city center. In season, shops and entertainment, night market on Sunday nights, funfair in the summer. 500 m from the daily market and the Casino. Garden including private outdoor area, a terrace overlooking the pine trees and one on the side in the shade. Stairs outside. Linens/towels are not provided. The cleaning fee is optional: 40 euro to be paid on-site or to be carried out carefully.

A main room with an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (+wardrobe): 1 bed 140, and the other 2 adjoining 80 beds bathroom, separate toilet (+ washing machine) You bring sheets, square pillow cases, bath towels. )

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Great, very relaxing stay in this very well-maintained and really very pleasant apartment. At the edge of the port and ideally located, we were able to make the most of our stay.
