I had a great two-night stay at this place. The host was very welcoming and responsive, and the apartment was as described, clean and very conveniently located. Its location is ideal, close to amenities and main points of interest, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

Very nice neighborhood, close to shops on foot and very functional accommodation. Patricia is responsive and very friendly. I would recommend it in a second!

Allen is an excellent host who gave us a lot of information and tips. He's also super likeable ;-) The location with the few meters to the stunning beach of Soulac is amazing. You should also not miss the market hall in Soulac, which is only a 10-minute walk away. We can recommend Soulac sur Mer, the accommodation and Allen 100%.

Accommodation in the city center that allows access to all the shops needed for a pleasant stay. Karima has tastefully equipped her home. We had everything we needed. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice spacious, well-appointed and equipped home. Very quiet and very convenient with direct access to all the activities in the city. The ability to park in the yard and plug in your vehicle is a real plus. We would absolutely recommend it.

Angélique and Christophe are very responsive and attentive hosts. The studio is nice. The residence in which it is located is family-friendly and very pleasant. The pool is a great bonus. It is in a very good location on the Fleet. There is everything nearby. It was a perfect stay.

A large quiet house for a dozen guests. The lounge with pool table and foosball are a real plus. No complaints, I'll be back in summer to enjoy the pool!

We had a great time at François and Hélène's beautiful home. It is very well furnished and the garden is beautiful, with a trampoline that made the children happy. François and Hélène are very welcoming and friendly.

A just perfect stay! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Every detail is designed for comfort, you immediately feel at home. Dylan is very responsive. A real favorite, I recommend it without so much as a second thought and will come back without hesitation!

Late arrival time for us, but Vanessa is very flexible about it. Very welcoming, explains things very well, her good mood and smile are great 🥳 We came to stay in this very quiet, soothing setting to go to the moto cross of St Jean d'Angély which is nearby. Accommodation identical to the photos, relaxing, warm, no complaints! Excellent 👌

A small pied-à-terre, very quiet and very nice, perfect for visiting the Green Venice. In addition, the hosts are very friendly. We had a great time, we recommend it.

Stayed for 5 months whilst studying at the local university. Perfect for both long term or short term stay. Fully equipped, awesome view , easy and gorgeous walk to old port and university. Lovely beach and coastal walking track nearby. A perfect home away from home- and fabulous host who was super responsive and helpful. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. Thank you so much for your hospitality, I would highly recommend it and I would definitely rent your accommodation again if I had to come back to La Rochelle.
