Villa vacation rentals in La Tranche-sur-Mer

The villa was beautifully presented and located next to the beach so had the flexibility to walk into the the village with numerous restaurants and shops or walk along the beach to Bois Plage en Re (approx 2km away). The property is well managed and there was never a moment where we wanted something, everything was catered for and at hand. We have been to Ile de Re 3 times and we would definitely consider coming back to this villa. It was an easy stay and never had any need to contact Yohann, Catherine and their team but based on the check in we would expect if we needed anything they would have been there quickly.

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

We had a great time from June 2 to 9. The accommodation is as described, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, close to the port. Bastien was very welcoming and available, he even added a travel cot for our baby, which was greatly appreciated. He gave us some great tips for discovering Jard-sur-Mer and its surroundings. We particularly liked the walks in the nearby forest, ideal with our dog. As for restaurants, Le Sloop is a great place, and the couscous to take away from Couscousière d'Hocine is a real treat. Thanks again to Bastien for hosting us!

From the moment we arrived when welcomed warmly by Ann and Christophe we felt so at home in this lovely house. It is very peaceful and quiet yet so close to the beach. There is a little shop just a few seconds walk away and a supermarket 5 minutes by car. Two cafes are close by and a wonderful restaurant specialising in seafood is an easy 25 minutes walk away. We were sad to leave and will be returning! Thank you Ann and Christophe.

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The grounds are huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its looks is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! All communication with Kasia and Anthony, and with Sandrine on site, went very well, everything was simple and smooth. Thank you very much

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. We didn't miss anything, it's very rare to have such well-equipped accommodation. Yannick is a friendly, available and accommodating person.

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

The space is impeccable. Inside a lot of beds, spacious living room. The kitchen is really well equipped, lots of board games. Outside, the indoor pool is obviously a huge plus. There are also outdoor games for children (cabin, swing, trampoline) and for older children (ping pong table, petanque balls, foosball, darts.) We went with friends and loved our stay. Alexandre is very accommodating, and Corinne, who welcomed us, is adorable. It was perfect!

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

Amazing house for a family get-together, there are all the desired amenities. It was a joy! Fully equipped for children. Bed linen kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream home!

We were with four adults and two children for a week in Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The children played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or outside on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is nice, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the baker, you have to take this route. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as to La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

A very good weekend spent with family at Franck's, who greeted me with a smile.😊 Pool at 28 degrees, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden, pool, terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Good luck and maybe see you next time.😃

Wild Dunes was even better than we expected. Clean, bright, airy with good size rooms and air conditioning in the main rooms. A beautiful garden, with a great pool, loungers and furniture plus outdoor games (petanque court, chess, darts, table tennis). 10-15 mins by bike to the local boulangerie and port. 1 hours walk to the lighthouse which was great with the dog. Clara and Pascal were lovely hosts. Always willing to help and make suggestions, without being obtrusive. While it was not an issue for us and only my opinion, the garden is great for adults and older children but not what I would call 'foolproof' for young children or 'excitable' dogs. Various steps, flagstone paths with pebbles and only a small grassy area offer some risk of accident. Having said that the pool was great, with good safety features and our dog had a great time communicating with the other dogs and there was plenty of room at the front and sides to sniff around. So maybe I'm over thinking it.

Everything about it was excellent We all enjoyed the house It was ideal because it's 10 minutes from the golf course and in a peaceful, quiet and pleasant environment. The house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable We all love

Very pleasant moments with friends for a bachelorette and bachelor party. The swimming pool, the calm. Everything was there for us to enjoy moments of sharing and rest. Everyone was happy. Hosts are super nice and easy to reach
