We stayed five nights in June 2024 at Simona's lovely home with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed the small garden in the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!

Ideal accommodation for family vacations (we were two adults and two children)! The house is located close to shops/restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the beach. The accommodation is spacious and includes everything we needed (special mention for the many puzzles, games and children's books)! We recommend:)

Pleasant week spent in this cozy little home in the heart of St Martin. Quiet and relaxing place. We had a great time with our 2 year old boy. We recommend this cocooning place!

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic – once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is practically furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the division of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with limited mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home that we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

We had a great time at Jany's atypical accommodation. The accommodation is very spacious and very well located. Jany and Lolita are very welcoming. The large garage is really a plus for parking a large car. If you have a 2nd large car, there is a parking lot nearby that operates 24 hours a day. Access is nevertheless a little complicated due to the many one-way streets on one side and on the other side you need a card. If the opportunity arises, I will be happy to return to this very well decorated accommodation. Thank you Jany and Lolita!

Spacious, very clean and nicely decorated accommodation. The terrace is really very pleasant. Well located in the heart of St Denis d'Oléron for strolling and shopping on a daily basis. Accommodation just 5 minutes bike ride to the beach and the port. Very good hosting by Marylène with good tips for discovering the surroundings. I would highly recommend it

We loved our stay at Erick’s home in La Rochelle - it was a great, central location and the amenities (including AC!) were incredible. They were so responsive and helpful throughout our stay and gave great recommendations.

Very nice little cottage in the center of town, very tastefully decorated, with a great kitchen and a small, private garden. Corinne, the concierge, is super flexible and accommodating, communication was warm and not intrusive. We had a very nice week in the house of dreamers!

We had a great time at Matthieu and Christophe's. The house is perfect for a stay with family (we have babies and there was everything you needed and of great quality🙏) or with friends! The house is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean. The patio is a real asset. Matthieu and Christophe are very nice and attentive. 🤩 Anyway, we recommend it ++ Our only small downside is the lack of shops within walking distance but by bike and car it's perfect! And the accommodation is convenient for going to La Rochelle or Ile de Ré for example and you can find oyster farmers close to the house!

Beautiful house ideally located in a charming alley, a real Île de Ré experience. Florence and Damien were very responsive and accommodating, I recommend it!

Guillaume was the perfect host, and his property served our needs perfectly. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location close to the market and supermarket. Le Bois Plage is gorgeous. Guillaume responds promptly to all questions. Everything was so easy. Highly recommended.

Everything went well and I needed extra time to leave because of a competition and Kevin was very accommodating, thank you again. In addition, the location is great. Small quiet street but 100 m from the center and the beach.

despite the unpredictable weather, we had a lovely weekend in Les Sables d'Olonne. The accommodation lived up to our expectations and was unanimously approved by our children. We'll be back one day, for sure...

The location of the accommodation is very good (parking nearby), close to the center, the market and the beach. It complies with the indications. Clean and well-equipped place. Communication with the owners is very pleasant and fast. I would recommend the place.

Very nice house, decorated and furnished with care. It immediately felt good there. Quiet environment allowing for naps in the outdoor area😉. Nina Métayer bakery 2 minutes away, we loved it! Large supermarket also 2 minutes away with electric vehicle charging stations. electric. Downtown is a 10-minute drive. We highly recommend it! We'll be back!

The accommodation was perfect and perfectly matched our expectations. Clean, extremely bright (even in rainy weather!), very well-equipped, good location in a quiet area but close to the beach (15-20 min walk, 5 min drive), free parking just in front, shopping area 5 min drive, in short nothing to complain about, a real quiet vacation home, we will come back!
