Antoine et Maeva vous accueillent à la Tranche sur Mer dans le quartier très prisé de la Grière, sous les pins de la plage. A votre disposition, un joli studio neuf à 400 m de l'océan et 100 m des commerces, bars et restaurants. A l'extérieur une terrasse, table 4 pers, transats, 1 barbecue et une douche. Stationnement dans la rue (gratuit). Le linge de lit est fourni mais pas les serviettes de douche. Possibilité cours de surf et locs (surf et paddle) Juillet/aout: location semaine uniquement

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

25 m2 2-room apartment for rent for 1 to 3 people. Located 50 m from the ROCHER beach. It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a private terrace and its parking space. In a pleasant and quiet residence between beach and state forest. Close to the supervised beach, forest, bike path, hiking trail... In season: Entertainment, Surf School, Outdoor Theater, Seasonal Shops. We don't provide sheets (140 x 190 cm) or bath towels.
