Vacation rentals with a patio in La Riviera

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

My father and I had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was well decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for us. We were able to relax on the couch and outside in the backyard. The host was responsive and very kind-provided yummy snacks, sparkling water, coffee/tea, and fruits. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. I would stay here again!

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

I went for a wedding, so wasn't much at the place, but it had all that was needed. because I come from NYC, it was a little scary that it doesn't have much of security, but that just because I double volt my place. I guess CA is a bit different that way. Very clean and cozy! Slept like a baby.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Ira was responsive and communicative, and the unit had good amenities. I loved that there was a patio area. Keep in mind that the home is in the heart of Oak Park, so expect to see the sights and hear the sounds of a vibrant neighborhood (buses, firetrucks, etc.). There was good food nearby and it was conveniently located. I'd definitely recommend staying there!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Wei was an excellent host and was very friendly and accommodating to our party. We would absolutely stay here again!

Super cute, clean and would definitely stay again when in town. You can tell the owner cares and that makes all the difference in the world!

We had a very nice stay at the Rancho house. The house was well prepared and pictures gave an accurate representation. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including a nice selection of spices. The covered patio and grassy backyard was perfect for the nice weather we had while we were there and great for our dog. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, it does not have sidewalks so its not very walkable, but it was very easy to walk to the store to get groceries and back easily. If you get up early and stand in the backyard you can smell fresh donuts from the bakery nearby...yum! We had a nice stay and we would stay here again. Thanks!

Chris’s house was perfect and so cute! The backyard was large and the games in the garage kept us having fun.

Nicole’s home was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast on the covered patio out back. Beds were very comfortable and the location was close to shopping, great restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay again if ever in Folsom or the Sacramento area!

A lovely small house for the weekend! There was mini splits in each room which is HUGE for the Sacramento heat. Would definitely stay here again.

This may have been the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Unbelievably clean. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Everything seemed brand new. Kitchen had everything you need. Backyard was wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at Lin's place! The house was beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly stood out, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Lin was a wonderful host, providing us with all the necessary information and being very responsive to our needs. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to return in the future!
