I've stayed before and would stay again! The home has the perfect Mexican charm with a great view that's centrally located to great restaurants and the Malecon. Eva, as always is super welcoming and makes you feel at home with helpful/local recommendations.

Awesome stay. Great place, better than the pictures, insane sunset. Lots of stairs but not as bad as others comment. On the quieter side of Sayulita which is always appreciated given how busy it gets. 5 min to the beach. we will be back!

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service from Sand Pacific Rentals, I really liked the amenities they left in the apartment, it speaks of good hosts, they immediately answered my questions or concerns and provided a solution, in general excellent service.

Wow, this place is absolutely breathtaking. Better than the pictures, want to come back. The walk to town is 10 minutes, which is not bad and we enjoyed it. But if hills and walking is not your thing Taylor will help with golf cart rental and have it waiting when you arrive. Taylor provided filtered water and beach towels. She also gave clear instructions, restaurant recommendations and timely responses. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

We had a brilliant stay at Sayulas residence in sayulita. It is the perfect getaway for 2 and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right in the heart of sayulita, food pharmacies, oxxos, bars and more are within footsteps away. The location of the stay truly helped us in many different ways especially the heat. When we would get overwhelmed of the heat or when we needed to rest after the beach we had a quick 5 minute walk and upon walking into the stay within seconds the air conditioning cooled us off. The host was very responsive and on point with instructions. One thing I would recommend to anyone who enjoys being warm at night is to bring a small blanket. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in sayulita we will definitely be coming back soon!

Shari’s place was very comfortable. Everything was as pictured and had all the amenities needed for your stay. The garden is really lovely and very relaxing. There’s a small table on the patio for morning coffee. The beach is not far to walk where there are restaurants and shopping. There is also a la comer an uber ride away. The neighborhood was friendly as was Shari’s little dog Lola! A great place for a short or a long stay!

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Excellent apartment, ideal for relaxing, it is super equipped, private and with an excellent view, everything is in excellent condition, the place is very nice, excellent amenities, we had an amazing time! We will definitely return!

Our stay at Alexanders place was great. Lovely views, all the things you need and a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of hill around, which we didn't mind but it something people should be aware of. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants.

Very nice place, there is an Oxxo and a Walmart very close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again. I appreciate the attention of always being attentive

A fantastic place, it is very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the front desk 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, serene getaway - this place is for you. It is walkable to so many restaurants & cafes. There’s a grocery store around the corner. I’m a marathon runner a ran ~20km/day. There are bike lanes and I felt extremely safe, even into the late evening. There’s a track less than 1km away. The condo faces the ocean & has the most stunning view! I can’t say enough great things. It was perfect and I will be back!

Very good place. The positive thing is... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only details I had, which are very minimal, is the access with the key, the keyboard is not very precise, I struggled a little to enter since it fails a little. The door to the master bedroom and bathroom doesn't close properly, the wood is swollen. Minor but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay because of the place and the location, communication is very good. And I passed it with a 9/10 rating.

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

The place is impeccable, with excellent taste in the design of the apartment. It has everything you need to be super comfortable, it has plenty of space to leave your things, the building is super safe, and close to the airport. I will definitely return the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta. One thousand percent recommended. Fan of this space.
