Beachfront vacation rentals in La Peñita de Jaltemba

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

Great location, it's the same as the photos shared, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At the reception they treated us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean. With tasteful decoration details. Excellent location. I would stay again or next time.

Manuel's studio is everything you need for a comfortable family vacation. Manuel cares that everything in the studio is of the highest quality and even provided us with a crib and utensils for our baby, thank you very much

Casa Paw is an absolute gem! The condo is a great location to the pool, beach, and all that San Pancho has to offer. Our three little kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool/beach and Margaret made traveling with kids so easy by providing amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair and swim vest and toys. She even went out of her way to provide a welcoming gift for each kid. If you’re hesitant about booking, you won’t regret staying here! Casa Paw is beautifully decorated that makes you feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Michael's place was very suitable for our needs. The location is in a great area with lots of nearby restaurants. could use a second A/C unit as it gets warm in the apt during afternoons. Overall would stay there again in the future Craig Vancouver, Canada

Everything is very good and true to the listing

Ivan is a great host, always attentive to everything you need and provides everything very quickly for a good stay, in my case he improved the check-in times of the place and the questions I asked him for clarifications and doubts he answered very quickly and kindly.

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The pools were exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and its beautiful view. The AC worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable the whole time. Communication with Dennis and Nuit was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

It is one of the first apartments that, in my opinion, was really complete. I have stayed in other apartments on the beach and this one surprised me because it even had an umbrella, cart and chairs to spend a day at the beach. It's super complete in every way, you really don't need anything, which in my opinion was amazing. The beach is not really the most beautiful since it was difficult to enter because of so many stones, but right next to it is La Manzanilla and it's not much to ask. Alejandro was always attentive to us and helped us with every question we had, an excellent person. I would definitely go back to this same place.

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended!

Already want to go back, would highly recommend. This resort is the perfect location - close enough to the town of Sayulita but far enough away from the noise and chaos to have the most serene, private, relaxing vacation possible. They are currently doing construction on the decks for the villas, which is good because they were kind of falling apart. The landscaping also needed some work by the villas however the rooms are extremely clean, spacious and the views are unbeatable. It felt like sleeping in a tree house where all you can see is the ocean and sky. The service was outstanding. Wendy did a great job coordinating everything and everyone at the beach club (especially Eddy) were extremely nice. Would highly recommend a massage and golf cart rental to go into town! The best part about this stay was the beach club. We basically had it to ourselves most days. The pool, beach, and restaurant were like a five star resort. Drinks and food were great and prices were reasonable.

It’s the perfect house and location. Carina the house keeper was my absolute favorite person. Missing her already. The house comes with beach chairs plenty of beach towels and umbrellas. Amazing sunset views . Thanks again for the hospitality and attention. Definitely will be back.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.
