Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Adossée à la Dune végétalisée qui la sépare de la plage, notre maison atypique offre un endroit calme. Loin de la circulation, elle est proche du centre de La Brée et de son marché. C'est un endroit idéal pour se reposer ou pour profiter de la plage peu fréquentée, accessible à 300m par une petite ruelle. Elle est le plus souvent calme mais peut certains jours devenir un spot prisé des Surfeurs. Les marais salants, les parcs à huîtres sont également tout proches, accessibles à pied ou à vélo.
