This place is perfect for a combination of activities in the area and tranquility with privacy. The apartment is located in the hinterland and can only be reached by a small serpentine road. In about 20 minutes, you're in Nice at the port. The description of the accommodation was great, we found it right away and were warmly welcomed by Laetitia. She and Clément were always available to us. The view from the apartment is fantastic. The layout and amenities are very modern and perfect for four. The small pool is refreshing and the jacuzzi wonderfully relaxing in the evening. We totally recommend the place. For us, it was just right and Laetitia and Clément are warm hosts, to whom their guests are important. We'd love to come back!

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always easily accessible. Responded to messages very quickly and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

A great place to stay - super clean - and well located to discover Monaco, Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Menton by car 😊 There were three of us there with our son 18 months, everything worked out 😊 And Judith is a lovely and so accommodating host! She came to us super prepared and also translated everything into our language, thank you so much for the entire stay Judith!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Thomas lived up to our expectations, was kind and very responsive. The apartment is faithful to the photos, a peaceful place to unwind where life is good.

Outstanding apartment right on the promenade with gorgeous views of the beach. Apartment was clean, spacious, and well stocked with kitchen supplies and other amenities. Walking distance to everything in the old city. We would absolutely stay here again for our next trip. For reference, our group included four adults and two children.

Our stay at Laurent’s place certainly met our expectations. We would strongly recommend experiencing it. There were very nice additional touches - like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers.

We had a wonderful stay at Aurélie’s home in Antibes. The apartment was clean, charming, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the old town, beaches, and local markets. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Aurélie was a thoughtful and responsive host, offering great local recommendations and making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The space had everything we needed and more, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Antibes. We would absolutely come back!

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Arrived in St Paul de Vence, Daniela gave us a warm welcome and the "Bergerie" really met our expectations in an exceptional setting. Thanks for the little sweets and refreshments available to us. For both of us, these few days were rejuvenating between walks, cultural discoveries of this beautiful region and relaxation in the evening in this beautiful green setting. It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

Stunning place, we loved every bit of our stay. Dominique couldn’t have been better, he was so accommodating and welcoming. The house itself was perfectly charming and even better than the photos which don’t do it justice. We will absolutely be visiting again! Thank you to Dominique for your hospitality.

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.
