House vacation rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

I booked it for a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The views are breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. We will be delighted to come back and spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. For a couple and children, it has enough space, but probably too little for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them over the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WiFi have nothing

A perfect place to stay in the best area in South of France. Don't hesitate to book. You won't be disappointed

Staying with Yvette was very pleasant. The apartment is arranged coherently. There is a beautiful view of the sea and the castle. A small disadvantage is the access to the accommodation itself, if you do not have a car.

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastic place! The view is simply fantastic and the location perfect – quiet and in the middle of nature, but still close to the city. Laetitia and Clement are great hosts. From the very first moment, we felt welcome with friends or even family – at the same time, our privacy was always respected. They really struck this balance perfectly. As a young family with a baby, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our time out. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Accommodation as described, very clean, well-equipped for a stay in a peaceful environment very accessible from all the tourist places in the region. The welcome is nice, The hosts are available and discreet.

We just spent a wonderful 4 nights at Daniela’s air bnb. Beautiful peaceful location, easy day trips to many places on the Côte d’Azur. Daniela has created a lovely environment to stay with a fully equipped home away from home. We appreciated the wine, juice and fruit left for us. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. We thoroughly recommend this air bnb.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!
