This 80 m2 flat + 20 m2 balcony + secure parking place will seduce you with its situation at 5 min by car or direct bus of the beach. The equipments are totally new and performant: AC in every room, induction cooking, washer/dryer machine, high speed wifi, Netfix, piano, guitar. The borough is also wonderful: lively with a bakery just in front of the house, groceries, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

This flat with 3 bedrooms has also a big balcony on which all of you can eat and a veranda in one of the rooms. Central you can go by foot to the promenade des anglais in 1 minute. It is very well connected to everything as the tram is passing in front of the flat and therefore you can be in 5 min to the city center by tram (Jean médecin) - 10 min to the airport if you go the other way.
